Recipe Round-Up

Whip up something new in your new kitchen! We love to use recipes from the online Sub-Zero/Wolf recipe “box.” Sort by course, food, season, and product to find the right recipe for the right appliance. Here are a few of our Valentine-friendly favorites:

• Appetizer: Snack on Steamed Shrimp while the main course heats up
• Main Course: What could be more romantic than a Valentine’s Day dinner of Grilled Lobster Tail with Curried Compound Butter and Grilled Lemons?

Service for Two (or Four, or More!)

When purchasing new dinnerware or china, consider the following guidelines for casual and formal dinnerware:

• A true formal place setting includes five pieces: dinner plate, salad/dessert plate, bread plate, coffee cup, and saucer;
• Traditionally eight to twelve place settings were recommended, but your style of entertaining should dictate the number of place settings you purchase;
• Items like serving platters, gravy boats, teapots, and cream/sugar or salt/pepper sets can be purchased to “round out” a collection of china;
