Renovation Goals for 2017

Speaking of New Year’s Resolutions—what home improvement goals have you set for 2017? Holiday entertaining often puts a fine point on the limitations of our kitchens and entertainment spaces, so let’s take a look at a few upgrades to consider for 2017.

Update Lighting

According to the NKBA Kitchen & Bath Style Report, 84 percent of renovating homeowners upgraded lighting fixtures and under-cabinet lighting on kitchen projects last year. LED lighting is growing in popularity, in part because of its excellent efficiency. Going green? Lighting is a good place to start.

More Storage + Better Organization
