Customer Service

Cabinets & Designs is committed to making sure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their investment. Therefore, we will promptly respond to any issues you might have whether they appear six months or thirty years after your purchase. Although it is rarely requested, we will be happy to submit a request for warranty on your behalf and ensure that the matter is resolved and meets your needs in a timely and efficient manner.

If cabinetry replacement is needed due to unforeseen damage by termites, flooding or some other disaster, Cabinets & Designs will provide you with replacement costs, as well as assist you by making the arrangements. If needed, we will send a sample of the existing cabinetry to Wood-Mode so that the new cabinetry will be color matched to blend in with the existing cabinetry. No one will notice the difference!

If minor repair is needed, we can recommend several contractors that are knowledgeable about our products and are ready to serve whenever necessary.
