Dave Steffan, Sr. President and Founder of Cabinets & Designs Dave established Wood-Mode in the Houston market in 1966 as the first Wood-Mode dealer in the Houston area and in 1971 became the representative for all of Central and South Texas and opened Cabinets & Designs in 1972. Dave is still actively involved in all aspects of the business and works with his daughter, Maria Frank to continue the tradition of Cabinets & Designs.

Dave Steffan, Jr. David has 34 years of experience in the kitchen industry. He worked as the Associate Representative for Wood-Mode for over 10 years and his most recent experience was working as the In-House Kitchen Designer for Lovett Homes for over 10 years. Laura Avila-Minor Laura received a degree in Interior Design from Lone Star College-Kingwood; a National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) endorsed school. She is currently working towards her AKBD (Associates Kitchen & Bath Design) certification. Laura is an active committee member on the NKBA Secretarial Board and a member of ASID and NEWH.
