Dave Steffan, Sr. President and Founder of Cabinets & Designs Dave established Wood-Mode in the Houston market in 1966 as the first Wood-Mode dealer in the Houston area and in 1971 became the representative for all of Central and South Texas and opened Cabinets & Designs in 1972. Dave is still actively involved in all aspects of the business and works with his daughter, Maria Frank to continue the tradition of Cabinets & Designs.

He worked as the Associate Representative for Wood-Mode for over 10 years and his most recent experience was working as the In-House Kitchen Designer for Lovett Homes for over 10 years. Robert E. Crellen February 27, 1931 – November 17, 2012 - All of us are deeply saddened at the loss of our good friend and close associate Bob Crellen. Bob’s accomplishments are well documented in the success he enjoyed in his Profession. His “Crown Jewel” was working on President and Mrs. Bush’s home when they moved back to Houston. He was highly respected by his clients, suppliers, builders and remodelers and will be deeply missed by all.
